According to a latest Message from the hacker Ag3nt47 in which he claims that he hacked NY Division of Military & Naval Affairs website (http://dmna.ny.gov/) through a SQL Vulnerability and leaked database of the website.
Hacker Ag3nt47 also showed us the proof that he broke the security of the website through SQlVulnerability:
